Letter of Authorization Required for applications where the applicant is not the owner
HOA Approval No longer required for issuance of a County Building permit, however many HOA's still require approval before building, please check with your subdivision's homeonwner's association before beginning construction. If you do not attain approval your building permit can be revoked for non-compliance.
Septic Permit Required for new septics and for septic repairs
Conditional Use Permit* For authorized conditional uses please see the zoning regulations
Variance Application* For property hardships that are not self-inflicted
Zone Change Application* Required before developing certain uses in a zoning district
Subdivision Application * Required for subdivision development of more than two lots
Minor Subdivision Permit* Required for subdivision development of two lots or less
Guest House Rental Application* Required prior to guest house rental regardless of zoning district
